It is one of the oddities of life that we just chilled meat with a lot of trouble, holding closed and wash hands before touching it, just throw the rule book when we barbecue. The meat is cooked in the sun waiting to be exposed to weather and there is no washbasin to be seen in the series. But back to food hygiene. I am not saying that we explore in our backyards sink but I suggest that at least the following two precautions would stillmaintained.
