4 Indian spices you have in your pantry have

Let me first say that I still consider myself a fairly inexperienced Indian chef to be. I am in my mid 20s and I've only been cooking Indian food for about 7 years. That being said, my father Indian, and I have a lot of great Indian chefs in my family, so I've learned from some of the best.

What I cook on a fairly wide range of Indian dishes, but noted that there are four main spices or ingredients that I use over and over to the taste of my Indian food. These are themust haves if you're there all Indian cuisine:

Chili powder - I would, "one of the first flavors people think and say when they eat Indian food is" hot "or" hot, so it's no coincidence that chili powder 1 # is on my list. Black mustard seeds are the focus of mustard seeds, but with a few Yellow can also work for many dishes. Coriander Powder - Coriander is the seed of the plant which produces coriander. It offers a slightly lemonyTaste, when food is taken. Coriander seeds can be ground into powder, coriander or coriander powder can be purchased directly from a store. Coriander powder is used in garam masala and is added to a variety of meat and vegetable dishes for condiments.
